Cork combines the refinement and charm of an older world with the technical capabilities of a new one. This is one of Portugal's most typical natural products, as the country is the world's largest producer of cork, with abundant cork oak trees in the Alentejo region. Cork is used for stoppers in the finest Champagnes and wines in the world, and even by NASA!

We selected two designers to create a handcrafted cork piece inspired by the "Tarro" (shepherd's container) from the Alentejo shepherds, to bring you artisanal soaps with the most traditional fragrances of Portugal. An original and unique piece!

It's called a "Jewellery Box" because it can also be used to store your jewellery.
