Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.charmygiftstore.com and the purchase of products from Centaur Courage Lda , NIF 516057286, with headquarters at Largo de S. Sebastião Nº 6, 6290-141 Moimenta da Serra - Gouveia, Portugal.

1. Orders

By placing an order on our website, the customer declares to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. The order confirmation will be sent by e-mail after receipt of payment.

2. Prices and Payments

All prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force. We accept payment by credit/debit card, PayPal and other methods available at checkout. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; the price in effect at the time of the order will be applied.

3. Shipping

We ship to Portugal, the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Norway. Shipping times and costs are indicated at checkout. Centaur Courage Lda is not responsible for delays caused by transport services.

4. Returns and Exchanges

In accordance with European legislation, the customer has the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, without the need for justification. Returned products must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, and in their original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product.

5. Warranty

All products benefit from a 2-year legal conformity guarantee, under the terms of applicable Portuguese and European legislation.
